Norbert Weakens; Tropical Storm Odile forms in the picific; Watching disterbed area

Hurricane Norbert is now a cat.3, granted, a cat.3 is still very strong. Winds are 115 MPH. Edit: Wow, this thing has gone...to a cat.1
